Free smoking cessation program

Participants will learn about the many benefits of quitting, strategies to permanently quit, how to cope with triggers like stress and boredom and medications that may be helpful.

The program is presented via interactive televideo for six 60-minute sessions each Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Each participant will receive free materials from the Mayo Clinic Nicotine Dependence Center. Smokeless tobacco users are also welcome.

For more information about options in the fall, call Susan Krigel, Ph.D. at 913-945-7534.
