Intravenous Vitamin C - Integrative Therapies Conference

KU Integrative Medicine is hosting a conference on Intravenous Vitamin C - Integrative Therapies on September 30 through October 1, 2016. A diverse group of scientists will describe the expanding science of intravenous vitamin C from the basic science underpinnings to the practical clinical use.

In a recent issue of Science magazine, Jeremy M. Berg, Ph.D., wrote an editorial entitled, "The Communities of Science," which described science as a profoundly social activity. He said discoveries do not come from a single individual, but from groups of individuals with diverse interests at different stages of their careers, all collaborating with shared results and ideas. This conference is based on the concept of science as a social activity.

Intravenous Vitamin C - Integrative Therapies is the first conference of its kind and will be held at the Truman Forum Auditorium at the Plaza Library, 4801 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri. Learn more and register on the Continuing Medical Education website, or see below.
