Project ECHO launches two new series

The University of Kansas Medical Center's Project ECHO welcomes two new exciting series, ECHO Pain Management and Asthma ECHO.

ECHO Pain Management kicked off Friday, January 27, and will continue Fridays at noon. The research-based ECHO series randomized primary care sites across the state into two cohorts across 16 local teams. The pain management expert panel spans interprofessional input from KU Medical Center (Kansas City and Wichita) and the national Academy of Integrative Pain Management.

Asthma ECHO launched Wednesday, February 1, at more than a dozen primary care, school and hospital sites. It will continue on Wednesdays at noon. Using a "virtual curbside consultation" approach, the KU Medical Center expert panel and diverse participants talk about asthma best practices across the lifespan.
